Our client, a leading logistic company in Nigeria, is seeking to recruit qualified candidates to fill the position of:

Job Title: Ticketing And Reservation Officer.

Job Duties:

• You will be in charge of booking Tickets through A Reservation System
• You will be responsible for handling passengers' enquiries.
• You will provide excellent customer service, anticipate and respond to passenger’s needs promptly and in a professional manner
• You will prepare, compute and present sales report.
• You will be responsible for excess baggage weighing and compliance.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum of Bsc/Hnd in relevant field.
• Applicant should also be verse in computer applications.
• Applicants must also be ready to work in any of the airports in Nigeria.
